人为甚麽会脑坏?

1. No Breakfast 不吃早餐

People who do not take breakfast are going to have a lower blood sugar level. This leads to an insufficient supply of nutrients to the brain causing brain degeneration. 
不吃早餐会使血糖水平降低,这会致使大脑的养分供应不足,造成脑退化。

2. Overeating 暴饮暴食

It causes hardening of the brain arteries, leading to a decrease in mental power. 
过量的饮食会造成脑硬化, 使脑力降低。

3. Smoking 抽烟

It causes multiple brain shrinkage and may lead to Alzheimer disease. 
抽烟会引发各种脑萎缩,并可能造成老人痴呆症。

4. High Sugar consumption 高糖消费

Too much sugar will interrupt the absorption of proteins and nutrients causing malnutrition and may interfere with brain development. 
过高糖消费会干扰蛋白质和营养物质的吸收,造成营养不良可能会影响大脑发育。

5. Air Pollution 空气污染

The brain is the largest oxygen consumer in our 20 body. Inhaling polluted air decreases the supply of oxygen to the brain, bringing about a decrease in brain efficiency.
大脑是人体20处最大的氧气消费者,吸入污染的空气会降低大脑的氧气供应量,减少大脑的工作效率。

6. Sleep Deprivation 睡眠不足

Sleep allows our brain to rest.. Long term deprivation from sleep will accelerate the death of brain cells.
睡眠可以让我们的大脑休息,长期的睡眠不足,会加速脑细胞的死亡。

7. Head covered while sleeping 蒙头睡觉

Sleeping with the head covered increases the concentration of carbon dioxide and decrease concentration of oxygen that may lead to brain damaging effects. 
蒙着头睡觉会增加二氧化碳密集度,降低氧气浓度,可能会导致大脑受到破坏性影响。

8. Working your brain during illness 生病了还在伤脑筋

Working hard or studying with sickness may lead to a decrease in effectiveness of the brain as well as damage the brain. 
生病期间,仍然费劲工作或读书,可能导致大脑的有效性降低,从而损害大脑。

9. Lacking in stimulating thoughts 缺乏思考

Thinking is the best way to train our brain, lacking in brain stimulation thoughts may cause brain shrinkage.
多思考,是训练大脑的最好法子,凡事不经大脑的,容易导致脑萎缩。

10.Talking Rarely 说话太少
 
Intellectual conversations will promote the efficiency of the brain.
知识性的对话,可促进大脑的工作效率。
